This is a MBA Project Report on Impact of Performance Appraisal System in GPIL and was submitted for partial fulfillment of requirement for the award of degree of Post Graduate Diploma in Management. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors which the employees in the organization preferring for their appraisal and the employees satisfaction with the existing appraisal system.
The main Objective of this project study are to find out the employee’s satisfaction level regarding the existing performance appraisal system, to find out whether the company is providing effective training for the improvement of employee’s performance, to determine the gaps in the existing system, to determine what type of appraisal did the employee’s really looking for, to find is there is any opportunities provided for the employees to improve their performance.
